Return Eligibility


For returns due to product quality issues, a full refund of the order amount will be issued.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than product quality issues. Please refer to the size guide before purchasing. If you insist on returning the item, we will only refund 70% of the purchase price, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Returned items require disinfection, therefore a restocking fee will be charged.

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged clothing with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. If your item does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to process your return request.

Return Timeframe


You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items: Any items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on clothes unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at support@fitlifewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for the return. If the item is defective, please include a photo of the defect.
Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@fitlifewear.com



Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fitlifewear.com with a photo of the issue, and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
