All orders ship within 7-12 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

After Hours
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays.
Missing Packages
If you have not received your package or are experiencing delivery issues, please contact support@fitlifewer.com to file a claim. Please note that filing a claim does not guarantee approval, as we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. We are unable to replace or refund merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
